Where is the DLE Lash Pad located?

The DLE Lash Pad is a private, home-based studio located in a newly developed area of Moreno Valley, CA, 92557. The studio is north of the 60 freeway, near Ironwood Avenue and Perris Boulevard. For safety and privacy, the exact address will be sent via email the day before your appointment. Rest assured, our studio has been thoughtfully designed to provide a luxurious, spa-like experience.

Who will perform my lash services?

All services at the DLE Lash Pad are performed by me—Aimee De Leon, owner of the residence and CEO of DermaLash Esthetics. I bring years of professional experience and a passion for delivering high-quality, precision lash artistry.

How do I book and pay for my appointment?

Click on the "Book" button next to your desired service or package. You’ll be directed to select a time and date, and checkout will confirm your booking. All payments must be made through the website at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted, but tips are always appreciated.

What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
  • Avoid heavy liquids before your appointment to prevent interruptions during your service.
  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid oil-based products for at least 24 hours beforehand.
  • A robe will be provided to protect your clothing, or you can bring your own comfy robe or blanket.
  • All clients must sign a consent form prior to their appointment.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, but we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you feel unwell, please reschedule to protect everyone’s health. Contact us through the confirmation email you’ll receive after booking.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, even with notice, to respect the time of other clients. Please contact us in advance if you’re unable to make it on time, so we can help reschedule.

How does DLE Lash Pad ensure cleanliness and sanitation?

Your health and safety are a top priority. All tools and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between appointments to maintain a clean and safe environment. If you have any concerns about allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.

Can I bring guests or children to my appointment?

To maintain a serene and focused environment, we kindly ask that only the client receiving the service attends the appointment.
