Booking & Payment Policy
  • full payment at booking: to secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. this ensures your slot is reserved and minimizes last-minute cancellations.
  • confirmation email: upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the appointment details, including the exact address (sent the day before).
  • no cash payments: for security and efficiency, payments must be made through the dle lash pad website. tips are optional and can be added during checkout or provided digitally.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • 24-hour notice required: if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your payment.
  • same-day rescheduling grace period: if you cancel within the required notice period, you must reschedule your appointment within the same day of canceling to transfer your payment to the new booking. rescheduling beyond this time frame will require the purchase of a new service.
  • late arrivals: arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation. rescheduling will require booking a new appointment. this policy ensures respect for everyone’s time.
  • no refunds: payments are non-refundable. if rescheduling within the required notice period, your payment will be applied to your new appointment date.

  • feeling unwell? if you’re feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety.
  • sanitation standards: the dle lash pad is meticulously sanitized between appointments, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness for all tools, surfaces, and the environment.
  • consent forms: all clients are required to sign a consent form prior to their first appointment to ensure a personalized and safe experience.

Appointment Day Policy
  • arrival instructions: the exact address will be emailed to you one day before your appointment. the dle lash pad is a private, home-based studio located in a serene, newly developed area of moreno valley, ca.
  • photography: photos will be taken both before and after your lash application to document your transformation. these photos may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by you during the appointment.
  • what to bring: while robes are provided to protect your clothing, clients are welcome to bring their own comfy robe or blanket for added comfort during their appointment.
  • silent appointments: to maintain a calm and serene environment, we kindly ask that you:
    • come alone to your appointment.
    • check and silence your phone before the service begins to avoid interruptions.
  • personal music options: music will be playing during your service to create a relaxing atmosphere. however, clients are welcome to listen to their own music using headphones or request specific songs to be added to the dle lash pad playlist. feel free to make as many requests as you like—this is your time to unwind.
